How to Realize Automatic adjustment of Hydraulic Cone Crusher’s Discharging Opening?

In the process of stone crushing plant, the size of single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher’s discharging opening are nearly adjusted automatically. If the overload protection is not reliable, the crushing process of spring cone crusher will be broken off. Hence, if the automatic discharging opening can be adjusted automatically, the crushing efficiency will be improved; energy consumption and worker’s labour intensity will be reduced.

The hydraulic adjustment system of hydraulic cone crusher has two functions: adjusting the discharging opening and iron filtration protection.

When reduce the size of discharging opening, the hydraulic oil will flow through the hydraulic pump and valve and run into the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder, and then the movable cone will be jacked up by the piston, finally the discharging opening will be reduced. When some high pressure oil flow through the stop valve and hand-operated direction valve and return back to the oil box, the movable cone will decline, the will discharge opening will enlarge.
