1.    Polish the journal on condition that the harshness is ensured, and then configurate the bearing at the original designed interval based on the ready-processed journal dimension and deviation.
2.    Deal with the bearing by manual electric arc pile up welding, and then machining it to reach the required journal dimension and deviation to avoid the bending deflection of eccentric shaft. In the process of repair welding, do choose the suitable welding rod: the welding current shall be smallest and optimum; the core diameter shall be as small as possible. Do avoid the local overheating to avoid the deformation. Do choose the suitable centering benchmark to ensue the post-installation running accuracy.
