Ball mill is one of the most widely used machines in the ore beneficiation and building material industries. Regarding its high working strength, good daily maintenance of the ball mill is very importance for its service life and working performance.

1. All the lubrication oil should be discharged out of the ball mill after the first-month operation. And new lubrication oil should be injected into the ball mill after the discharge. After that, the lubrication oil should be discharged and changed every six months.
2. The lubrication conditions and the oil surface elevation at all lubrication locations should be inspected at least every 4 hours.
3. When the ball mill is working, the temperature of the main bearing lubrication oil should not exceed 55 degrees.
4. Make sure the gears are transmitting smoothly and there is no abnormal noise. Adjust the gap between the gears if necessary.
5. There is no abnormal fluctuation of the electricity flow.
