The operator shall pay more attention to the following measures:
1.    Long time strong sunlight will not only speed up the aging of the circular vibrating screen, but also increase the temperature of the whole circular vibrating screen. That will affect the screening efficiency and quality of the screen, or even cause damage of the vibration motor. So, if the machine works open air, it is necessary to set up shading net. Ensure the ventilation and adjust the room temperature, If it works in the workshop.
2.    When we say the temperature of circular vibrating screen is too high, usually we mean that of the vibration motor is too high. High temperature will cause insulation aging and shorten the service life of the motor. Hence, it is necessary to choose a suitable motor with enough power, instead of choosing a smaller motor with limited power in order to save money. Sometimes, in order to increase the output capacity, a bigger motor is will be used. That’s also not undesirable, for the power is over the normal range of the circular vibrating screen. The full-speed operation will greatly increase the vibrational frequency of circular vibrating screen, over big vibration will shorten the service life of the vibration sieve.
