How to Choose Vibrating Feeder?

When we choose vibrating feeder, we must consider the following factors:
1.    Feeding capacity; 2. Feeding accuracy; 3. Features of materials; 4. Installation method; 5. Dimensions; 6. Safe reliability; 7. Environmental protection conditions

Vibrating feeder has the advantages of simple structure, easy maintenance, no need to lubricate, evenly material feeding. It is usually used for loose material feeding. It is required to reduce the pressure of material on the trough body. The discharge opening of the vibrating feeder shall not be over a quarter of the trough’s width. Material’s flow velocity shall be controlled in 6-18 m/min. if the required feeding capacity is large; an enough high block plate shall be installed at the bottom of the discharging part. In order not to influence the performance of the vibrating feeder, the block plate shall not be fixed on the trough body.
