The vibrating screen is widely used in almost every stone crushing plant. Its efficiency is very important and it decides the capacity of the vibrating screen. In general, there are three main factors that influence the efficiency of the vibrating screen as follows:

1. The screen surface For some materials, the efficiency of the vibrating screen depends on the mesh size and the length and width of the screen surface. Generally the ratio between the length and width of the screen is 1 : 2. The bigger the screen surface is, the more efficiency it is. And the bigger the mesh is, the higher efficiency the screen is

2. The nature of the material The nature of the material means the moisture of the material and the proportion percentage of the size of the material. If the moisture of the material is high, generally we can enlarge the mesh size. And when the mud content inside the material is bigger than 8%, it should be washed before it enters into the vibrating screen.

3. Working conditions If the vibrating screen is excessively loaded, its efficiency will become lower. So we should load the vibrating screen according to its standard capacity.
