Routine maintenance is very important to the impact crusher, and here are some tips for the impact crusher as follows:

1. Check up

a. Shut down the machine and find out the reason if abnormal vibrating occurs;
b. Check if the hammer is worn out and change it timely;
c. Make sure every bolt is fasten tightly before staring up the machine;
d. Shut down the machine and find out the reason if the temperature of the bearing is over 70 degree;
e. If the liners are worn out, they should be changed to avoid the abrasion of the machine shell.
 
2. Lubrication

a. Pay attention to the lubrication works of the friction surface;
b. Inject the lubrication oil into the bearing house every 8 working hours; Change the lubrication grease every three months
