How to guarantee and prolong the service life of crusher parts?

1. According to the properties of material waiting to be crushed to select suitable parts. More hard stone is more difficult to crush, the wear for equipment is more serious, the broken rate is slower, and the crushing capacity is relatively smaller. The degree of hardness of stone surface are directly related with the service life of crusher parts.

2. According to the humidity, viscosity, temperature of material waiting to be crushed to select different and suitable crusher. When the water content of material is large, the material in the crusher is easy to adhere and block up in the process of laying-off and transport, cause crushing capacity decrease. And the material viscosity is bigger, the crushing ability will be smaller.

Therefore, when purchase parts, we must choose the suitable parts according to the properties of material. Beside, we should strengthen the daily maintenance work. Though the above ways, it can reduces the wear of parts in a certain extent, and prolong the service life of crusher parts.
