How to reduce the dust brought by the crushing plant

During the production process of the crushing plant, it will bring about a lot of dust. There are many solutions to reduce the dust capacity.
 

1. Cover the inlet and outlet of the crusher, and use the dust filter at the same time;
2. Cover the belt conveyors;
3. For the crushing part, choose crusher which have large crushing ratio to achieve the single stage crushing process;
4. For the screening part, choose screen with large capacity and multiple layers to reduce the screening process;
5. Fix water spray system on the screen to reduce the dust
6. For the transportation part, cover the car bucket. It can reduce the dust and scattered material as well.
