How to run the Cone Crusher

I. Operation of the air test

1. Before the Cone crusher start, it is necessary to check the situation of the main junction fastening. Turn it by hand, the eccentric at least rotation 2-3 circles, it should be flexible, no Stuck phenomenon, then, you can drive.

2. Starts before pumps open until all lubrication points have been lubricating oil before they are allowed to start the cone crusher.

3. Test operation of the air campaign in a row should not be less than 2 hours.

4. Air test operation should be as per following requirement:

1) The cone rotation around its center line to the number of transfer no more than 15 circle / minutes.

2) Bevel gear may not have the periodic noise

3) To the oil pressure should be within the range of 0.8-1.5kgf/cm2.

4) The temperature of oil back is not beyond 500C.

5) After testing, when disassembly the cone crusher mill part of the review should not be taken note of copper, such as burns and wear phenomenon.

5. If the cone rotation has negative phenomena, pls stop at once, check and amend. Meantime, check the oil-supply quantity, then, test again.

6. If there is a cyclical bevel gear noise, we must check the correctness of the installation of bevel gear, bevel gear examination and clearance.

 

II. Load test

1. After the air-run test is Qualified, you can start the load test.

2. Load test should continue process  24-48 hours.

3. When the load test beginning, add small amount ore, then, Gradually increased to full load.

4. Load test should be as per following requirement:

1) Cone Crusher don’t have break sharply vibration and noise

2) Working of feeding & discharging ore is normal, discharge size uniform, production is similar as the requirement.

3) To the oil pressure should be within the range of 0.8-1.5kgf/cm2.

4) The temperature of oil back is not beyond 600C.

5) Electrical equipment, control systems work properly, no abnormal changes in the current.
