The Reasons Why the Capacity of Hydraulic Cone Crusher is Low

Nowadays, the hydraulic cone crusher become more and more popular in the crushing plant in the mineral and quarry sites as secondary crusher. And the plant owner should be aware of the factors that may decrease the capacity of the hydraulic cone crusher.

Generally there are seven factors that may decrease the capacity of the hydraulic cone crusher as follows:

1. The fine material of the feeding material, whose size is smaller than the output size, is more than 10% of the capacity of cone crusher;
2. The feeding materials contain sticky material;
3. Lack of feeding control;
4. Uneven feeding of material;
5. Not adopt the recommended machine power
6. Lack of good screening ability
7. Lack of unobstructed discharging of material
