Precautions before the Commissioning of the Whole Crushing Plant

After the site workers install all the machines in the crushing plant on the foundations, the next step will be commissioning. And before commissioning, the site workers should check the following things:

1.    Make sure that all the foundations are horizontal and firmly fixed with foundation bolts;

2.    Make sure that all the main body of the machine are vertical to the level ground;

3.    Match the power wire and control switch with the power of the machine;

4.    Make sure that every bolt and joint are fasten tightly;

5.    After the check work is finished, process the no-load commissioning. If it is running normally, then the whole crushing plant can be put into production.
