1.    The discharge opening of the stone jaw crusher is jammed by the material inside the crushing cavity. Then you should clean it;
2.    The V belt for transmission is excessively loose and causes the belt slip. Then you should fasten the belt or just change it;
3.    The fixed bushing of the eccentric shaft is loose. Then you should adjust the fixed bushing or change it into a new one;
4.    The voltage at the work site is too low for the jaw crusher to crush the big sized material. Then you should adjust the local voltage to meet with the requirement for crushing process;
5.    The bearings are damaged. Then you should change the broken bearing.
