Rotary Kiln

 

In the building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental protection and many other industries, rotary kiln is widespread used to do physical or chemical treatment of solid material. In building materials industry, the rotary kiln used to calcine cement clinker, and also calcine clay, limestone, and dry slag. In the metallurgical industry, nonferrous and ferrous metallurgy, iron, aluminum, copper, zinc, tin, nickel, tungsten, chromium, filing and other metal use rotary kilns for the smelting equipment, to sinter, roast the ore, concentrates, intermediate, etc. In the chemical industry, the rotary kiln is used to produce soda, calcined phosphate, and barium sulfide. In the environment, the world's developed countries has used cement kilns to burn hazardous waste, waste for more than 20 years, which not only reduce waste, harmless, and also can use waste as fuel to save coal, so that recycling the waste.
Rotary cement kiln is mainly used for calcining cement clinker, can divided into two categories of dry process cement kilns and wet process cement kiln. Metallurgy chemical kiln is mainly used in magnetic roasting of poor iron ore in metallurgy industry; oxidizing roasting in chromium, nickel, iron ore; roasting high-alumina bauxite in refractory company and roasting aluminum hydroxide, clinker in company; roasting chrome ore, chrome ore and other minerals in chemical factory.
