Commissioning Process of the Crushing Plant

Generally when the complete crushing plant has been set up, it needs the commissioning process. And the commissioning process consists of no-loading commissioning and loading commissioning.

Here are the tips for no-loading commissioning as follows:
1.    It should last for two consecutive hours;
2.    During the commissioning, the temperature of the bearings should be lower than 30 degrees;
3.    Make sure that all the firmware are fastened well;
4.    Make sure that the fly wheel and the belt pulley run well;
5.    Shut down the machine if there is abnormal noise in it.

The loading commissioning should proceed after a successful no-loading commissioning.
