Crusher is the most important crushing machinery in the production line, and its efficiency directly affects the efficiency of the entire production line. In the day-to-day operations, maintenance and repair should be done to the machinery. The crusher lubrication effects directly the efficiency of the production of the crusher. Therefore it is necessary to know how to lubricate the crusher.

 

1, the bearings can be lubricated by dry oil, thin oil circulating lubrication or thin oil lubrication.

2, Adopting thin oil intermittent lubrication:

   1) Rolling bearing should be lubricated by clean spindle oil;

   2) After every 8h working, filling oil into the bearing;

   3) Replace lubricants monthly or every three months

   4) While changing lubrication oil, should use gasoline or kerosene oil to carefully clean bearings.

   5) Within the bearing housing oil level should be maintained at a minimum a roller center position
