How a stone crusher plant works?

A Stone crusher plant is an equipment used to crush rocks into smaller pieces, the crushed stone is used in building application or for ore process plant.

Most stone crusher plant have a hopper at the top -- a container that holds the rock above the crusher and the vibrating feeder feeds the rocks in to a jaw crusher. Belt conveyor will carry crushed rocks to the other crusher for fine crush.

After fine crusher, the crushed rocks will be delivered onto a vibrating screen, the required stone sizes will be delivered to another site. The crushed rock does not meet the needs will be delivered back to the fine crusher for re-crush.

This process can be completed by two stage of crushing, the first stage is jaw crusher, the second stage is cone crusher or impact crusher.

There are two types of stone crusher plant, stationary stone crusher plant and mobile stone crusher plant.The customers can buy one of them based on their needs.
