How to Maintain Roller Crusher

 

The roller crusher, which is more and more widely used in crushing industry, has many advantages such as simple structure, stable performance, low cost and so on. Zhengzhou Unique Industrial Equipment Company would like to introduce some tips for maintaining the roller crusher on a daily basis.

 

1. Adjust the gap between the two rollers regularly and make sure the two rollers are parallel.

2. If the roll surface is worn out, change it into a new one timely.

3. Pay attention to the lubrication works of the machine. The timely lubrication can keep the machine working in good condition and avoid unnecessary abrasion, especially the lubrication for the rolling bearing. Choose the suitable lubrication oil and keep the lubrication locations away from the water and dust.

4. There is always big vibration when the roller crusher is working, thus the fasteners maybe become loose after sometime. On that condition, daily inspection on the fasteners is necessary and the worker should fasten the fasteners when they are found loose.
