Overheat Faults of Jaw Crusher and its Solution

When the jaw crusher is working, sometimes there will be too much heat in bearing bracket and swing jaw plate, and that may be caused by these following factors:

1) The bearing bracket is lack of oil or there is too much oil
2) Oil hole clogging causes lubrication failure
3) Balancing weight of flywheel and grooved pulley badly centered, unusual vibration of frame
4) Damaging of bearing or mounting brackets
5) Frictional heating between seal-off bushing and swing jaw plate end cap; or eccentric shaft sealed cap rotate with main shaft, causing frictional heats

To solve the above problems of jaw crusher for sale, the workers should:

1)    Do oil lubrication according to instruction manual recommendations;
2)    Clean oil hole and oil sink;
3)    Rebalance balancing weight;
4)    Replace the bearing;
5)    Replace swing jaw plate's end cap and seal off bushing; or loosen upper bearing cap of frame bearing bracket; press fuse and eccentric shaft sealed cap into bearing brackets mounted on frame, and fix bearing cap to remove rotation of eccentric shaft sealed cap.
