This quartz sand making plant consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, sand making machine (also known as vertical shaft impact crusher), vibrating screen and belt conveyor.

Procedure of Quartz Sand Making Plant:
The raw stone will be crushed by coarse jaw crusher, and then be conveyed to fine jaw crusher by the belt conveyor. After the secondary crushing (fine crushing), the qualified stone will be conveyed to sand making machine directly, and the unqualified will be conveyed back to the fine crusher.
After being crushed and shaped by the sand making machine, the qualified sand will be put into the sand washing machine. The unqualified shall be conveyed back to the sand making machine.
