Reasons:
1) Hardness or toughness of the material is over the limits prescribed by the manual;
2) Motor wiring position reversed, moving jaw has clockwise rotation
3) The discharge opening is less than the specified limit;
4) Jaws plates shifts, tooth tip is against the tooth tip
5) Low voltage in work site;
6) After moving jaw and bearing wear, the gap is too large, which makes bearing outer ring have the relative rotation
Remedy:
1) Replace or increase crusher;
2) Change motor wiring;
3) Adjust the discharge opening to the nominal one that manual stated or add a crusher for fine crushing
4) Check jaw plate and pitch dimensions, if sub-standard, jaw plate must be replaced; adjust the relative position of the fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate to make sure the addendum is against tooth root, fix and press hard to prevent displacement;
5) Increase the voltage to meet host heavy load
6) Replace the bearings or moving jaw
