Several requirements that mechanics should pay attention to when lubricating the bearings of intermittent ball mills! The bearing lubrication of intermittent ball mills plays a key role in the long-term safe operation of the equipment. The bearings of intermittent ball mills also require long-term maintenance and care.

For bearing lubrication, the amount of oil should meet the requirements of the equipment, neither too much nor too little. Too much oil will cause the bearing to heat up; too little oil in the ball mill bearing will damage the bearing due to lack of oil. Therefore, mechanics of intermittent ball mill users should regularly check, replenish, and replace lubricating oil. The type and grade of the oil should not be wrong, and it should be ensured that there is no water or impurities in the oil.

Mechanics of intermittent ball mill users should pay attention to the following points when performing daily maintenance on intermittent ball mills: Inspection and adjustment of intermittent ball mill lubrication equipment and lubricating oil quantity, the main inspection items are as follows:

A. The oil quantity of the intermittent ball mill main bearing thin oil station should be appropriate, and the oil circuit should be unobstructed.

B. The oil volume of the intermittent ball mill reducer oil station and the slipper oil station should be appropriate, and the oil circuit should be unobstructed.

C. The oil volume of the roller press and the powder selector should be appropriate, and the oil circuit should be unobstructed.

D. The transmission devices of all equipment, including reducers, motors, couplings and other lubrication points, should be filled with oil.

E. All equipment bearings, moving parts and transmission chains should be filled with oil.

F. All electric actuators should be filled with oil.

G. Check whether the lubricating oil of the intermittent ball mill has deteriorated and determine whether to change the oil.

H. All oil (water) drain holes at the bottom of the box (machine),
