Tips When Operating Jaw Crusher

 

Jaw crusher is widely used in all kinds of stone crushing plant in many industries. Operating the jaw crusher in a proper way is very important to the efficiency of the complete crushing plant. Zhengzhou Unique Industrial Equipment Company would like to introduce some tips of operating jaw crusher as follows:

 

1. The raw material must be fed into the jaw crusher through the middle of the inlet of the jaw crusher evenly and the jaw crusher shouldn’t be fully loaded, because it may shut down the machine;

2. Before shut down the jaw crusher, the user must make sure that there is no material in the crushing cavity;

3. After the jaw crusher runs some time, the user must do some maintenance works to check if all the components is stable;

4. If one side of the jaw plate is worn out, the user can turn the jaw plate upside down and use the other side.
