Two feeding methods of sand maker

Nowadays, sand making machine is more and more widely used in the stone crushing industry. As a professional manufacturer of the sand making machine, Zhengzhou Unique Industrial Equipment Company would like to introduce the two feeding methods of sand maker as follows:

1. Feed both at center and at sides.
The material enters into the sand maker and they are divided into two parts by the feeding plate. One part enters into the impeller which is rotating at a high speed, and the other part falls around the feeding plate. The material in the impeller accelerates and they are thrown out and impact on the other part. And then the two parts together impact on the inner side of the crushing cavity. They are bouncing to the top of the crushing cavity and then going down through the discharge opening of the sand maker.

2. Feed at center
All the material will enter into the impeller through the feeding plate, and in the impeller, the material accelerates and they are thrown out and impact on the inner side of the crushing cavity. They are bouncing to the top of the crushing cavity and then going down through the discharge opening of the sand maker.
