Which machine is better used in the fine crushing?

An complete crushing plant consists of three stages: coarse crushing, fine crushing, and screening. Usually fine jaw crusher and cone crusher are used in the fine crushing. But do you know which machine is more suitable? We can use them according to different requirements.

1. The max feed size of fine jaw crusher is bigger than cone crusher, but the capacity of cone crusher is higher than fine jaw crusher. Usually only use cone crusher if the capacity is morn than 120tph.

2. The price of cone crusher is more expensive than fine jaw crusher.

3. Fine jaw crusher can crusher wet and viscous materials, cone crusher is suitable with dry material.

4. The failure rate of cone crusher is lower, and the replacement period of the wearing parts is longer than fine jaw crusher.
